If I'm a DD Ticket Holder, can I arrive at 12PM with VIP Ticket Holders?
Yes, DD's can attend with VIPs or any other ticket type.
Are children allowed?
Sorry parents, but this is a 21 & over event. DD's that are attending the event MUST also be 21+. If you arrive with any children (babies included), you will be denied entry.
Are pets allowed?
While we are furry friend lovers, there are NO pets allowed at this event, however, service animals ARE permitted.
Are water bottles, packs, bladders, etc. allowed?
We are pleased to offer complimentary bottled water onsite at the festival. To support hydration throughout the event, reusable water bottles, hydration packs, and bladders are permitted. These items may be pre-filled with water only.
Please note, all pre-filled containers will be subject to a smell test at the discretion of our security team upon entry. If security detects the presence of alcohol or any substance other than water, the contents will be required to be emptied before entry is allowed.
We kindly ask for your patience, as these checks may result in longer-than-usual wait times. There will be separate lines for these smell/bag checks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable festival for all attendees.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes, the event will go on rain or shine, baby!
What time does the event start and end?

Can I purchase alcohol separately from my samples I get with my ticket?
You CAN purchase alcoholic products to-go from some breweries, wineries & distilleries. You will NOT be able to retrieve these alcoholic products until you are leaving the festival. Vendors will place these products in a sealed bag, write your full name on the bag and will cross reference the name on your ID before handing over the products as you are leaving the festival. ALL products MUST remain sealed on the festival grounds. If you open any products whilst on property, Mesa Police Department will happily assist you.
I can't find my ticket. How can I have it resent?
Our ticketing platform, Eventbrite, will either send you a reminder email or text message (depending on what ticket delivery method you chose when purchasing tickets) 24 hours prior to the event date and time. However, please feel free to email us at info@copperstatebeerfest.com and we will resend your tickets if you want them immediately.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
We have no way of doing upgrades on our end as we don't handle credit card payments for security reasons. However, Eventbrite makes it easy for you to self-upgrade.
Please follow the instructions at the following link - https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/337796/how-to-transfer-to-a-different-event-or-ticket-type/
