Where do I park?

On-site stadium parking is $10 per vehicle. Parking is: -FREE for Platinum ticket holders -$5 per vehicle for Gold ticket holders-$10 per vehicle for Silver & Copper ticket holdersCarpooling is encouraged to save on parking and help reduce traffic.Parking staff will direct you upon arrival.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my ticket?

Yes! Ticket upgrades are allowed as long as the ticket type you'd like to upgrade to is still available and has not sold out.Because Eventbrite securely processes all payments, we're unable to upgrade tickets on your behalf. Instead, Eventbrite allows attendees to upgrade their own tickets by simply paying the difference in price.Please follow the instructions at the link HERE.If you need to upgrade multiple tickets, each ticket must be upgraded individually.Please note:Upgrades are subject to availability.Once a ticket tier sells out, upgrades into that tier are no longer possible.Downgrading a ticket does not qualify for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in ticket price.

Is the event 21+?

The festival is exclusively for attendees aged 21 and over — no exceptions. This policy also applies to designated drivers & children in strollers . If you arrive with anyone who cannot provide proof of being at least 21 years old on 1/16/27, you will be denied entry and will not receive a refund.

Can I leave and re-enter?

No. Re-entry is not permitted. Once your ticket has been scanned and you exit the festival, you will not be allowed back in.

Will the lineup be announced before the event?

Yes. Participating brands will be announced as commitments are finalized leading up to the festival. Early ticket prices reward those who purchase before the full lineup is announced. If the lineup is important to you, we recommend waiting until it's released before purchasing.As a reminder, all ticket sales are final. Purchasing before the lineup is announced means you are reserving your spot at the lowest available price, and refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the lineup after it's announced.

Can I bring a chair?

No. Outside chairs are not permitted. There will be plenty of seating available throughout the festival, including tables, seating areas, and lawn space. Feel free to bring a blanket if you'd like to relax on the grass.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

We anticipate that this event will sell out, so we highly encourage you to purchase tickets online. Tickets will be available for online purchase up until the event day, unless they sell out beforehand. If any tickets remain on the event day, you can also purchase them at the door.

No. The festival takes place throughout Sloan Park's concourses, hospitality areas, and designated festival spaces. The playing field is not accessible to attendees.
